Chicken Chaap. Large pieces of meat are marinated in an assortment of spices and a dough of cashew seeds and poppies, then they sit down to dip. Slowly grilled in fresh ghee, it’s one of my favorite Bangladeshi chicken dishes to be exact. Juicy, tasty, and really tasty.

- chickpea flower 2-3 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Tasting salt/msg 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Mustard oil 1 tbsp
