Egg pepper fry is a spicy gravy recipe made with boiled eggs. It is a traditional south Indian Chettinad style egg pepper masala recipe. I prefer this Egg Pepper gravy for a lazy day lunch and it’ll be a super good, spicy egg fry in few minutes perfect to pair up with rice, dal / Rasam. If you want to make a simple lunch then this egg gravy should be your first choice easy, quick and tasty too. If you are bored of boiled eggs or lazy to cut veggies or looking for a quick side dish then here is another lunch or dinner side recipe is Egg Pepper Masala Fry.
