Hariyali chicken kabab, also popularly called the green chicken kabab is a lip-smacking appetizer which is juicy, delectable, and spicy! Boneless chicken is flavored with fresh green herbs, marinated in curd, skewered and then grilled to perfection. Combine all these and you get the most exotic chicken recipe you’ve ever seen. Hariyali chicken kabab is infused with the aroma of mint, coriander, and select spices. Hariyali chicken kabab can be served as a starter or with a bowl of rice on all occasions.

Ingredients

  • 400 gm boneless chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoon thick curd
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup methi leaves (fenugreek) chopped
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves, chopped
  • 1-1/2 inch ginger piece
  • 6-8 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 4-5 green chilies thinly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Bamboo skewer stick/sathe sticks to grill
