Tangra Macher Jhol/Spicy Tyangra fish Curry is an all-time favorite fish curry in any Bengali household. We are sharing Banglar Kitchen’s recipe here the way she taught me to cook these freshwater fishes at home.
Ingredients
- 300g- Tangra fish
- 1 cup- Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 medium-sized- Potato
- 1 cup Tomato
- 1 tbsp- Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp- Cumin powder
- 1 tsp- Coriander powder
- 1 tsp- chilli powder
- 8-9- Green chillies
- Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup- oil
- 1 tsp- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
