Chatni are an essential part of a Bengali household and there are many variants of it that go along with every dish, one such variant is the spicy and tangy tomato Chatni. Inspired by the Bengali cuisine, this chutney pairs extremely well with idly, dosa, uttapam and fast food.

- 2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 Garlic Cloves(Crushed)
- 6-7 Tomatoes
- 5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
